What's wrong with breastfeeding?

What I can see in this picture is a mother who advocates breastfeeding and wants to encourage women to do the same, no matter what the status in life is. I don't understand why such a cool gesture such as this one will come under fire. As a star she has the most advantage of effectively getting the message across, as far as breastfeeding advocacy is concerned, and frankly I do not think she should apologize at all, which I heard that she already did.
