Negros Now

Thank you Tito Pops Locsin for letting me share this. This is so full of hope and positivism. 



NEGROS NOW! I always encourage friends and family to acquire property in Negros if they do not have any at the present, ideally a residential lot and if possible a farm lot anywhere in Negros, you cannot go wrong in investing on land especially in Negros, now is the right time to buy. Real estate prices are still reasonable even cheap compared to other provinces. Aside from a balanced socio political environment we must consider the forthcoming reverse migration that is bound to happen. Manila is a great city to party and will remain the financial hub of the country, the same is true with Cebu, its good to be there but better if you could have a fall back place you can go to and call home, make it Negros.

What i will write next is not exclusive to Negros, it may be true for other provinces. In Negros we are a very friendly island, our resiliency has been tested through time, we have sustainable resources in terms of basic necessities, all that is needed is a sound environmental program which i am sure our leaders are capable of achieving. Security is acceptable and can be improved, basic health care is in place and eventually world class health care will be available, and on the side, i think all the malls are already here. Did i mention that the food here is to die for? (-;

Let me talk about reverse migration, its better to be in place before the rush. In 10-15 years time, many urban centers would collapse either in terms of environmental, geographical and socia/political reasons. The steady increase of call centers relocating to Negros is an indicator of a downtrend in urban centers, its cheaper here to operate, no floods, no traffic etc. i also think China has missiles aimed at malacanang, not to mention the probability that half of Japan's water table would be contaminated within the timetable i mentioned, i think 3 nuclear power plants are leaking at the moment, and don't forget my friend,Kim jung Un. This reverse migration will be international in scope. When and if the sh*t hits the fan it would be comforting to know that you have a place to go home to, an island called NEGROS NOW. (-;
