Jim Sawers Mam, as a human and a Canadian who is married to a Filipina I find it totally uncalled for and unthinkable that you could say these things at all, never mind during a time of great sorrow for the proud, strong, great people of the Philippines. I am myself proud to say the Philippines is my home, so I live with these people every day I am not at work and there fore believe that your opinion and statement are made from being uneducated about these fine people or you are simply stupid and racist. It is hard to believe that this statement could be made by a person that is molding the thoughts and ideas of young Canadians by way of being a teacher.
